OneFortyOne is a trans-Tasman business that owns and manages softwood plantation forests and operates sawmills in Australia and New Zealand. We produce and distribute timber and forest products across Australia, New Zealand and internationally.  Our timber products help build and renovate homes, construct fences and support the landscaping in gardens and farms.

The OneFortyOne Jubilee Sawmill is one of the largest and most modern sawmills in South Australia, employing local people, and supporting our community.

We are looking for Engineering Graduates in mechanical or electrical fields to join us through our Graduate Program, commencing early 2026, with one position available in each discipline.

Graduate Role:

The Graduate Program is a structured 2-year program, providing recent university graduates with the opportunity to gain real-life industry experience, kickstarting your professional career in Engineering.

The Graduate program is open to any student who has completed relevant tertiary engineering qualifications, within the last 3 years. At the completion of the 2-year program, recipients are encouraged to apply for vacant permanent positions within OneFortyOne.

The successful Graduate:

  • Holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in a relevant electrical or mechanical field, with design experience advantageous
  • Is able to communicate and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • Can effectively manage your time to ensure deadlines are met in line with project requirements
  • Has a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
  • Is able to use computers and technology, enabling the learning of new skills and programs
