OneFortyOne’s New Zealand timber products are supported by industry-recognised product information sheets, independent treatment technology documentation and warranty coverage. These documents provide guidance on structural performance, durability, decking applications, treatment systems and long-term protection, helping customers confidently specify and use our treated timber products in compliance with New Zealand Building Code requirements.

In Aotearoa New Zealand, Māori communities have a strong spiritual connection between people and the land – the wellbeing of one sustains the wellbeing of the other.
