What We Are Looking For

Reporting to the GM, this role will form part of the lead team and will play a pivotal role in delivering the people strategy. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for forming strong partnerships across the business and delivering specialist HR expertise and advice. You will be responsible for delivering all aspects of Human Resources across the site, including Talent Management, IR, Learning and Development, union engagement and collective bargaining, as well as driving improvements in employee performance and engagement.

As part of a thriving professional and innovative business you will have the opportunity to develop robust HR frameworks, processes, and systems, and have the freedom to introduce new ideas and practices that will enhance HR processes and contribute to overall success. You will coach, mentor and grow leadership capacity across the site, and work towards continuing a culture of accountability and inclusiveness.

About You

Enthusiasm, energy, integrity, and a growth mindset are the most important qualities OneFortyOne Kaituna look for in their team. To make the cut, you will hold a HR, Psychology, or related qualification with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. You will have significant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to influence individuals at various levels within the organisation, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and drive culture change. Sound commercial acumen, and a solid understanding of the link between HR practices and business objectives will be key.
