Manager, Resource Planning and Analytics

location for the role is flexible within the locations in which we operate (Melbourne Vic, Mount Gambier
SA or Nelson NZ).

OneFortyOne knows how important it is to manage our plantations for the long term. In growing the
ultimate renewable, we support jobs, the economy and regional communities. We manage more than 64
million trees across 93,000 hectares and the Jubilee Wood Products Mill in the Green Triangle, and along
with our newly acquired forest asset in Nelson, New Zealand, we have a combined sawmilling portfolio
capable of processing 1M cubic metres annually. We are a vertically integrated, trans Tasman sustainable
timber products organisation.

To be successful in this new role you will provide support to the Chief Forester with analytics and decision
making for both operational and strategic purpose across the business entities. The role will also provide
analysis of numerous ‘what if’ business strategy scenarios supporting the decision making process of the
parent entity, and provides the parent entity with visibility of the resource planning and valuation
processes from a shareholder governance perspective.

This enabler position will be the main interface between business units and finance on key valuation
activity. Utilising data collated at the asset level (ie. Green Triangle, SA and Nelson, NZ) this role will work
with this information as well as enterprise wide data to enable better understanding of the performance
of assets within the business. Information will be used for valuation purposes as well as forecasting future
cash flow and understanding investment requirements. Supporting the business with systems
development to allow for more efficient modelling and reporting capability are fundamentals within the
role scope. Your ability to support the business to confidently deliver on strategic initiatives and
operational budgets with a clear view of resource requirements will be expected outcomes.

Core elements of the role relate to analytics, modelling, problem solving and stakeholder management.
